Getting Started
The Forneris Hub Center is where every lead, listing, open house and closing lives. This guide walks you through it three times: a quick tour to get moving today, a map of where everything lives in the sidebar, and a daily routine for each of you.
Section 1
The quick-start tour
Twelve steps from your first login to a full day's work. Read these once and the rest of the app makes sense.
Log in with your invited email
Use the email address that received the invite. The app is private, so there is no public sign-up form.
Start every day on the Dashboard
It is the home page. It answers one question: what needs me today?
Open DashboardScan "Today's Business"
Six tiles give you the day at a glance: New Leads (Real Geeks and CINC), Active Buyers, Active Sellers, Pending Contracts, Closed This Month, Upcoming Open Houses.
Work "My Daily Focus" and "Follow Ups"
Tasks due today or overdue appear on the left, upcoming follow-ups on the right. Ticking one off always happens in Tasks — click any row to open it.
Open TasksClear the red "Attention Needed" row
Each red tile is a clickable shortcut to the exact place that needs work — new leads, overdue follow-ups, sellers awaiting feedback, contracts missing documents, open house approvals.
Add or find a listing
Listings → Properties holds every address. The "New Listing" button sits in the top-right corner of the Dashboard too.
Open PropertiesWork a lead from first touch to closing
Lead Center → All Leads lists every lead. Click a name to open the full record: contact details, activity history, follow-ups, notes and the assigned agent.
Open All LeadsRun an open house end to end
Open Houses → Schedule or All Open Houses to plan it, Visitor Registration on the day, then Feedback to read what visitors said and send it to the seller.
Open Open HousesPlan and post the marketing
Marketing → Marketing Hub is the board for every post, email, flyer and video, moving from idea to published.
Open Marketing HubWatch the paperwork and the dates
Transactions → Dotloop Sync and Transaction Calendar hold contracts, milestones and closing dates in one timeline.
Open TransactionsSee what the system sent
Lead Center → Email History shows every automated email, who it went to, and whether it was delivered or bounced, in plain English.
Open Email HistoryGive sellers and clients their own view
Sellers → Seller Portal and Seller Login Portal are the seller-facing pages. Client Portal is the same idea for buyers.
